Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you send us when you suggest a park (the suggestion form): the park's name, city, location, a photo and a note, if you add them. Your name and email are optional — only if you want public credit or a reply.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by submitting the form — under Albania's Law No. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection”.

Retention

A suggestion is kept until it's reviewed, and afterwards as part of the record of how the park was added. We delete your name and email at any time on request.

Visit statistics

We count how many times a day each page is opened by a person — just a number, recorded when you tap, click or scroll the page. We store no IP address, cookie, or anything else that identifies you. We use no third-party tracking or analytics tools.

Cookies

Only the strictly necessary technical cookie (the form's CSRF protection). No advertising or tracking cookies.
